Sample Recipe:
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of ground ginger or fresh ginger (grated)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
2 cups of warm water
Instructions:
Mix the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, and cinnamon in a glass.
Add warm water and stir well.
Drink the mixture first thing in the morning, before meals, or as needed.
